Into the Future with Wilkinson Coutts

We’re proud of our role as an ASME Certified Training Provider.

ASME has members in 140 countries, with active code and publication programmes worldwide.

ASME L2 gathers speed

WILKINSON COUTTS have updated ASME L2 to be the most relevant job-related certificate in the UK. We’ve developed the US/API mindset of what Refinery Inspectors do, as well as considered the way things work in other countries and industries.
Here’s some other job-related points;

• ASME L2 exam is not all multi-choice questions. So, you’re not just learning to tick boxes.

• Delegates have a chance to use their experience during the course/exam, not just quote code clauses.

• We show you how to make run, rerate or make repair decisions for real-life corroded items using API 579.

• Writing an advanced Written Scheme (WSE) and linking it to its inspection activities.

ASME Level 3

ASME L3 gives a top-level to aim for. It’s a demanding course and exam, so the Cert says a lot about a delegate’s knowledge and abilities to take on a senior integrity position. This is not a feature of other inspection Cert programmes.

New ASME Courses

You’ll have seen our new Wind Turbine Inspector course announced over the past few weeks. We’re co-operating with ASME on this one, and have other courses in preparation.
